A a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (18), durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Fashion Scam. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou em janeiro deste ano, quando a v\u00edtima denunciou o golpe de R$ 300 mil \u00e0 Delegacia Especializada de Estelionato e Outras Fraudes de Cuiab\u00e1, alegando que Ale foi o respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, as ordens judiciais inclu\u00edram duas de busca e apreens\u00e3o, duas medidas cautelares e a suspens\u00e3o de atividade comercial. Durante suas conversas, Ale demonstrou vasto conhecimento e afirmou ser vinculado a importantes revistas e ag\u00eancias de publicidade internacionais, conforme as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s algum tempo, as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es passaram a ser realizadas por aplicativos de mensagem. O suspeito prop\u00f4s ensaios fotogr\u00e1ficos para revistas internacionais, solicitando que a v\u00edtima fizesse transfer\u00eancias de dinheiro para pagar fot\u00f3grafos, maquiadores e outros profissionais envolvidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confiando nas promessas do suposto diretor art\u00edstico, a v\u00edtima realizou diversas transfer\u00eancias ao suspeito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Buscas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As buscas realizadas durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultaram na apreens\u00e3o de celulares, notebook e tablet. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o suspeito j\u00e1 responde por outros crimes semelhantes.
